- So wonderful. I rescued a similar dog who was scared of everything……i drove a 1,000 mile round trip to get him. It took about a month for him to trust me and then we became best buddies and did everything together. I think he rescued me as much as I rescued him. I had him for 12 years, and even though he passed away, he will always be my special heart dog.

- As someone who’s adopted quite a few dogs throughout my life, I can tell you that the absolute best way to get a bond going with your new dog is to go on an adventure together.

- “I can’t envision my life without her”. That is what family is all about. Keeping her even though it took two weeks before she came out if her crate. Fast forward and there she is being lovey dovey with you.
My experience is with my adopted feral cat if two years old that was brought back several times to the rescue center. We didn’t see her for six months (my adult daughter and I). Then suddenly she brought me a present, a dead one. She was rewarded. Fast forward four years and…she us a companion cat. She probably will never be lovey dovey or domesticated but that is all right. She is who she is. You can’t take back family. She knows that she’s a princess. - Creatures are so beautiful, and no dog deserves a life of misery and fear. A moment of silence for all of the dogs who weren’t rescued by wonderful people like she was ❤️💝❤️💝 I’m so lucky to be the third viewer of this video!
